What We Do

Programs & Services

The Carolyn E. Wylie Center for Children, Youth & Families is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization providing services for children from birth to 18 and their families in Riverside and San Bernardino County, California.

Adolescent Services

  • Outpatient Counseling - individual & family
  • Student Assistance Program (SAP) counseling for expelled or suspended students
  • Outreach Services - provided in the school setting
  • Substance Abuse counseling - individual and on-going group
  • Capable Girls - Friendship building for girls 13 - 17 years old
