Outreach Counseling

The Juvenile Justice Program at the Carolyn E. Wylie Center provides virtual educational and supportive services for elementary, middle, and high school students navigating behavioral, legal, or substance-use concerns. Through our age-appropriate guidance, we help students build personal accountability, strengthen decision-making skills, and develop positive behaviors to encourage healthier choices and prevent future harmful behaviors.
